It's not unusual for a client to view a control system, such as Control4 or Crestron as a complicated addition to their home technologies. It's the exact opposite. A control system is specifically designed to simplify technology. When properly implemented, a control system accomplishes multiple tasks with one button press that would otherwise require many steps. It does this on the same app that controls the other electronic systems in the house.
